Heru Chandra
Heru Chandra is a Co-Founder of Chandraumara and currently holds the role of Managing Partner of Chandraumara. Before co-founding Chandraumara, he practiced as a lawyer in Indonesia since 2006 including as a partner of a boutique law firm for five years. Heru's practice focuses primarily on cross-border transactions in banking finance, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, corporate commercial and employment matters as well as dispute settlement all across various sectors including shipping, mining, plantation, construction and property/hotels.
Heru is a licensed Advocate and member of Indonesian BAR Association (PERADI) and Capital Market Legal Consultant Association (HKHPM).
Yasril Umara
Yasril Umara is a Co-Founder of Chandraumara. He focus his practice in litigation, dispute settlement, property/land matters, estate and gas transmission and distribution as well as constitutional law matters. He has more than 13 years of experience working as Indonesian legal counsel of the largest Indonesian Gas Transmission and Distribution company in Indonesia where he has tons of exposure in gas transmission and distribution projects, land procurement, negotiation and dispute settlements in and outside the courts of law.
Yasril is a licensed Advocate and member of Indonesian BAR Association (PERADI) and certified legal auditor (CLA) in Indonesia.
